2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Business Model

We operate using a Print-on-Demand model. This means that every product is custom-made specifically for you only after you place an order. Because of this, slight variations in color, placement, and size may occur between the digital mockup and the final physical product. These minor variations are normal in the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order before production can begin.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are entirely responsible for providing correct shipping addresses at checkout. Any packages returned due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or reshipped for free.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. We only offer free replacements for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. 6. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products ethically. Spamming, misleading claims, or violations of third-party platform rules using our brand name will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Intellectual Property & Custom Uploads

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Print Everyday and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

Custom Uploads & Copyright Policy: We strictly respect the intellectual property rights of creators worldwide. If you submit custom designs, images, or texts for printing, you must own or have the explicit legal right to use them. If an order is submitted containing copyrighted or trademarked material—whether intentionally or unknowingly—we will not fulfill the print. In such instances, the order will be canceled and the payment will not be refunded, as our automated production and verification processes begin immediately upon checkout. By submitting a custom order, you agree to take full legal responsibility for the uploaded content and agree to hold Print Everyday harmless against any intellectual property infringement claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Print Everyday shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product in question.
