Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website (for custom printing or reviews), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

WooCommerce and Order Fulfillment

To fulfill your orders and deliver your products, we securely share your shipping details with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify.
Affiliate Program (SliceWP)
If you register as an affiliate, we collect your registration details, including your payout email address. We also use tracking cookies to monitor referral links and accurately attribute successful sales commissions to your account.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with essential third parties for operational purposes:
- Printify: We share order details (shipping address, name) to fulfill and print your custom orders.
- Security Services: Visitor interactions and form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service such as Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes browser telemetry to securely verify human users without storing personal data.
- Account Security: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For eCommerce customers, we retain order information (billing, shipping, and order history) for accounting, tax, and administrative purposes for as long as legally required.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments and form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data required for order fulfillment is securely transmitted to our printing partner, Printify, which operates globally.

How we protect your data
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private and integral. We also implement strong security plugins and regular malware scans to protect user data from unauthorized access.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we have internal reporting systems in place. We will notify affected users and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of discovering the breach, outlining the nature of the breach and the steps taken to resolve it.
Store Policies: Refunds, Replacements & Copyrights
Refund and Replacement Policy
We operate a strict No Refund policy. Because all our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if the product arrives with a major manufacturing defect or printing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement. Please contact our support team with clear photos of the defect within 14 days of receiving your item to request a replacement.
Copyright & Custom Uploads
We love bringing your unique ideas to life! However, to respect the intellectual property rights of creators worldwide, we strongly require that you only upload designs, images, or texts that you own or have the legal right to use. If an order is submitted containing copyrighted or trademarked material—whether intentionally or unknowingly—we will be unable to fulfill the print. Please be aware that in such instances, the order will be canceled and the payment will not be refunded, as our automated production and verification processes begin immediately upon checkout. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a respectful, original, and legal creative environment!
